When you purchase Meet Pro you should be presented with the license key after checkout. If not, you can always find it in your email by searching for the subject line 'You've subscribed to Meet Enhancement Suite Pro!' sent from [email protected]

Don't have a key? You can sign in with your email that you purchased the account with.

Meet Pro features are activated from within the Chrome Extension. You can open the extension by clicking the Meet Enhancement Suite icon in the top right hand corner of your Chrome Browser. If you don't see it, you may need to click the small jigsaw puzzle icon to find it.

Once you've opened the extension, click the 'Activate License' link in the Meet Pro section. From there, enter your Meet Pro license key and click 'activate', or sign in with your email. You should now have access to all Meet Pro features.

Yes! We offer a 3-day free trial so you can test out all of our amazing features before you commit to a monthly subscription.

Your trial will start automatically when you sign-up for Meet Pro, and you will not be charged until after your trial period has ended.

chevron-rightIs my Meet Pro license connected to my email/Google account or my computer?hashtag

If you purchased our new platform: You're email that you signed up with is associated with your account. If you purchased multiple licenses and you are the parent account holder, you can add your team's email addresses as your remaining licenses.

If you purchased our old platform: Meet Pro licenses are activated on a computer level. Meaning if you purchase a single license plan, that license key can only be activated on a single computer.

For non-enterprise versions of Google Meet these features will only work if you are the organizer of the Meet. On Google Meet Enterprise you will be able to mute all or auto-admit new entrants, as long as your administrator has this functionality enabled.

Nope! Meet Enhancement Suite features work only on the computer it's installed on, and do not require other participants to have it installed to work.
